Please email our Customer Happiness Team at hello@laraprasseur.com with a visible picture of your jewellery and we will be happy to resolve the issue. We will immediately deliver store credit on the value you paid for the item.
The warranty does not cover lost jewellery, scratches that come with normal wear and tear or improper use or storage of your jewellery.
