What are the shipping fees and delivery times?

We ship worldwide. Below you will find further details on shipping methods and costs according to the shipping area you live in.

International orders are passed through to international courier companies who take care of air transportation. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order.

My Order

How do I find my order number?

If you have a Lara Prasseur account, simply log in and select „Orders“ from the “My Account” button on the top right hand side. If you haven´t created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are sent to our dispatch centre and then to the parcel delivery company within 24 hours. An email notification informing you of this will be sent to your registered email address.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

With every order, we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder!

How can I pay?

You can pay by Credit Cards, Twint, Apple Pay.

Will I receive an order tracking number?

Once the order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where you can easily track your parcel.

Can I change my address?

Feel free to reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to change the address on our end.

Is Prasseur jewelry waterproof?

Yes, Prasseur jewelry is made to be worn every day, everywhere.

The materials we use in creation of our pieces are high quality and we can guarantee the longevity of our jewelry. We are commited to produce timeless pieces that withstand time.

Is Prasseur jewelry for sensitive skin?

Prasseur jewelry is the perfect solution for those who fear an allergic reaction to metals. We do not use lead or nickel in our jewelry. All of our pieces are safe to wear for sensitive skin.

Refund & Return Policy

What is the return policy?

Please contact us on email at hello@laraprasseur.com if anything is wrong with your order. Our Customer Happiness Team will be happy to help resolve it!

Orders can easily be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us within 30 days after the reception of the items via email at hello@laraprasseur.com

All returns must be:

  • Unworn
  • Have no signs of wear or damage
  • In its original condition
  • In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

Please note that any jewelry items that were tried on cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Don’t forget to include the following:

  1. The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address can also help us find the order)
  2. The email address associated with your Lara Prasseur account so we can apply the credit once processed. If you haven’t created one yet, you can create one now by clicking the MY ACCOUNT button on the top right corner of our site.

We cannot accept responsibility for any items that are stolen or lost in transit. To prevent this, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service of your choice (such as FedEx, DHL or UPS) to return your items safely to us. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.

Please note that the shipping costs for returning your item is not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note your return will be processed within 5 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!

Returns partner

Please note that the customer carries all the shipping costs of the return. You can choose your own shipping method for the return, e.g. your local postal services. Return shipping costs will differ depending on the chosen shipping partner as well as weight and size of the package.

When making a return please be aware of the following:

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resealable. For hygiene reasons, piercing jewellery such as earrings purchased online or instore cannot be returned.
